Fitness

In my bid to continuously improve my fitness I set myself a series of fitness challenges.

Of course the first challenge I set myself at the beginning of 2017 was to walk 1000 miles in a year, which works out at just under three miles a day. I’d definitely recommend this challenge to anyone looking to increase their fitness!

I also set myself a couple of 30-day challenges, which in the early stages, really helped build overall strength. None of these challenges require any equipment, and therefore can be done anywhere, anytime. They consist of three bodyweight exercises, each targeting a different part of the body to help improve overall strength.

Below are PDF downloads if you'd like to try them out yourself.

30-day challenge No. 1 - Abs Calves and Triceps
30-day challenge No. 2 - Quads, Glutes and Biceps

Here are links to the blogs I've written that focus on fitness.
