Recipe: BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS
I sometimes add raspberries, and of course you
could add any berries you like. You could also substitute the almond milk with
natural yogurt if you'd prefer.
There are a ridiculous number of overnight oats recipes out there, so if you are not sure about this one, give google a shout!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 chopped banana
- Unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Mix the oatmeal, flax seed and chia seed together
- In a bowl or jar layer the seed mixture, chopped banana and almond milk three times
- Place in the fridge overnight
- In the morning take it out of the fridge, mix and eat!
