Recipe: BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS


This overnight oat recipe is what I usually have for breakfast and fills me up till lunchtime.

I sometimes add raspberries, and of course you could add any berries you like. You could also substitute the almond milk with natural yogurt if you'd prefer. 

There are a ridiculous number of overnight oats recipes out there, so if you are not sure about this one, give google a shout!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 chopped banana
  • Unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
  1. Mix the oatmeal, flax seed and chia seed together
  2. In a bowl or jar layer the seed mixture, chopped banana and almond milk three times
  3. Place in the fridge overnight
  4. In the morning take it out of the fridge, mix and eat!
