Recipe: SUGAR FREE GRANOLA

Another high fibre, high protein recipe perfect if you need breakfast on the go.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup flaked almonds
  • 1 cup porridge oats
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. mix all ingredients together
  2. bake for 15-18mins at 200c
