Recipe: LOW CARB BANANA PANCAKES

I love pancakes! So, when I discovered I could make
pancakes with no flour I was delighted!
I got this recipe from a TV programme. It was
so simple I didn't even have to write it down! I've since added cinnamon to the
recipe just to spice it up a little.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Generous sprinkle of cinnamon
- Spray oil for cooking
Instructions
- Pre-heat your frying on a medium heat with spray oil.
- Mash your banana. If your banana is a bit hard, microwave it for about 20 seconds to soften.
- Beat your eggs in a separate bowl
- Add the mashed bananas, baking powder and cinnamon and beat together
- Cook your pancakes. (make your pancakes small)
- Drizzle with maple syrup or your chosen topping and eat!
